Each year, Wash100 identifies and celebrates the most accomplished leaders in the government contracting field. Winners are selected using an intensive process that evaluates the impact of each nominee’s past accomplishments as well as their potential to continue transforming the GovCon space.
Gilliland’s win marks her seventh time receiving the highly sought after Wash100 Award. This year, she was chosen for her success in securing contracts and promoting technological development throughout 2023. Some of her achievements last year include earning GDIT a spot on a $32.5 billion U.S. Air Force contract and establishing a new strategy to invest in six digital accelerator areas, such as artificial intelligence, zero trust, 5G and more.
“Amy’s strategy of embracing cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning and cloud has proven to be a powerful driver of the enterprise’s growth,” Garrettson said.
