Wilson and Weston intend to grow a company that offers technology products and capabilities to customers across the civilian, defense, health care and national security sectors, Bluestone said Thursday.
“Their record of success in the defense and government technology sector is extraordinary and their reputations are impeccable. It’s an honor to partner with them and we look forward to helping them build another great government technology company,” said John Allen, co-founder and managing partner at Bluestone.
Wilson, a four-time Wash100 awardee, joined Fairfax, Virginia-based information technology services provider ECS Federal in 2011 as chief strategy officer and was promoted to president and CEO in 2014.
Before that, he was executive vice president and vice president of corporate development at Stanley Associates, now part of CGI (NYSE: GIB).
