Caitlin Marsh, former strategic intelligence manager of Ball Corp.’s (NYSE: BALL) aerospace business, has joined SpiderOak as vice president of product.
The company said Thursday she was appointed to oversee product and market strategy, product development and customer mission requirements.
Marsh brings 15 years of experience serving customers such as the Department of Defense and intelligence community organizations. She began her career as a systems engineer at Vencore.
She also worked for more than two years at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm focusing on intelligence. In April 2020, she co-founded Hopper Tech Strategies to help women thrive in the technology industry.
“I’ve worked with SpiderOak for years as a customer and partner and the team’s intelligence and enthusiasm are unparalleled,” Marsh remarked. “I am honored now to lead and collaborate with the team and our space customers in order to advance our product strategy to incorporate data security and mission assurance for the space domain.”
