Applied Insight said Tuesday that the acquisition is aimed at expanding its presence in the national security market while providing better career advancement opportunities for Zavda’s employees.
The two companies have been collaborating since 2018, establishing the joint venture Bravo Zulu Intelligence Solutions, which provides next-generation analytics, anomaly detection and infrastructure modernization services.

Zavda hired Monument Capital Partners as its exclusive financial adviser and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as legal counsel for the acquisition.
