Unissant CEO Manish Malhotra said Janus’ knowledge and leadership experience acquired through his time at mid-market GovCon firms will help the company pursue its long-term growth and continuously deliver innovative platforms to customers.
Janus brings to the role his experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic evolution, financial performance, client engagement and go-to-market realignment.
The U.S. Marine Corps veteran has held senior leadership roles at several companies, including Technology Advancement Group, Preferred Systems Solutions, IntelliDyne, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) Noblis, Xator and URS.
Janus also served as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University for more than 15 years.
