Artemis brings to Aretum capabilities in digital transformation, legacy system modernization and agile development, Artemis Founder and President Rohit Gupta said in a statement published Monday.
Aretum, a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners, delivers technology offerings, management consulting and mission support to the departments of Defense and Homeland Security, federal civilian agencies and other government customers. Artemis, on the other hand, has a full range of information technology services meant to support its role as a prime contractor to several federal agencies.
