Thomas Bell, Shawn Purvis and Bill Webner could serve as PSC board members for up to three years until Dec. 31, 2025, the council said Tuesday.
Bell formally took the helm of Leidos in May after serving as CEO of Rolls-Royce’s North American subsidiary and president of its global defense business.
Purvis, a three-time Wash100 winner, has led QinetiQ Group’s U.S. operations since February 2022, while Webner has served as chief executive of Capgemini’s government-focused subsidiary for the past four months.
“Their experience and commitment will strengthen the organization as we help guide PSC priority areas for advocating on behalf of contractors,” said David Berteau, president and CEO of PSC and a previous Wash100 awardee.
