She will lead the planning and execution of strategic accounts and oversee client delivery quality assurance initiatives in her new position, Alpha Omega said Thursday.
Hsu previously spent nearly 16 years at information technology contractor SRA International, where she served in various financial and project management roles. She then joined NCI Information Systems, now Empower AI, and became vice president of corporate initiatives.
Prior to Alpha Omega, she was corporate services VP and later CAO at Paradyme Management.
“Jocelyn is a strong leader and the ideal executive for the new position of Chief Delivery Officer, given her familiarity with Alpha Omega’s QMO processes, as well as her experience managing quality and service excellence and success managing and stabilizing our high performing back-office team over the past year,” Alpha Omega CEO Gautam Ijoor remarked.
