He served in the U.S. Air Force for two decades as an air traffic controller and spent nearly 10 years at the University of North Dakota as an adjunct professor.
Changeis is an Arlington, Virginia-based woman-owned small business that provides enterprise information technology platforms and management consulting services to public and private sectors.
