Marracino will help advance DCS’ growth strategy by overseeing proposal development and strategic communications initiatives, the employee-owned technology and engineering services company said Monday.

She brings to the role over 25 years of GovCon experience with a focus on platform development and proposal management.
Her career at DCS included time as proposal center director and director of capture and proposal development.
Nixon will lead the company’s account management team, business development and market entry efforts and brings to the position nearly two decades of experience in the GovCon sector.
She previously led DCS’ strategic growth programs and held various roles across the business development lifecycle.
