ASRI-ERC Joint Venture Wins $840M Army Test & Engineering Work

A Huntsville, Alabama-based joint venture of AI Signal Research Inc. and ERC has won a five-year, $840 million contract to perform test and engineering work for the U.S. Army.

Joint Technical Solutions bested four other bidders for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, according to a Tuesday award notice on the Department of Defense’s website.

The service branch will determine funds and work locations upon issuance of individual orders.

ASRI and ERC formed the companies’ JV through a mentor-protege agreement authorized by the Small Business Administration.
