BlueAlly CEO George Barkley said in a statement published Thursday the acquisition of n2grate offers strategic diversification to the company’s core business and further builds up its vendor alliances.

Greenbelt, Maryland-based n2grate provides information technology platforms and services to government and commercial clients. The company’s team of IT professionals has experience in security, networking and infrastructure.
Founded in 1999, BlueAlly is a portfolio company of private equity firm Source Capital and provides data center infrastructure, cloud, networking and security, hardware, software and other IT offerings for government, education, health care and commercial customers.
