Icard led XATR, which offers satcom services solely to military and government customers for more than four years and before that he spent over 13 years at TeleCommunication Systems and Comtech Telecommunications (Nasdaq: CMTL), which closed its acquisition of TCS in February 2016.
While at Comtech, he oversaw strategic business development sales for key U.S. government programs and also managed cybersecurity, satellite managed and professional service offerings.
Earlier in his career, Icard served as director of federal alliances at Oracle‘s (NYSE: ORCL) and senior manager at MCI.
