The General Services Administration plans to launch industry competitions in 2023 for the third iteration of the agency’s Alliant governmentwide acquisition contract and the follow-on to its One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services procurement vehicle.
Alliant 3 will be a multiple-agency, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract meant to provide federal agencies access to information technology services and OASIS+ will be competed as a multiagency IDIQ contract designed to meet agencies’ integrated non-IT service requirements, according to a GSA blog entry posted Tuesday.
The agency said the OASIS+ program will include one unrestricted and five small business socioeconomic contracts.
According to the blog post, GSA aims to expand agencies’ access to best-in-class contracts, increase opportunities for small businesses and reduce acquisition burden for industry and government through OASIS+ and Alliant 3.
GSA will also use its Enhanced Task Order Competition authority to set prices at the order level for both contracts.
