He is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of integrated hardware and software offerings for ground station command and control, space satellite launch integration, space domain awareness and DevSecOps engineering, Parsons said Friday.

Lackey came to the Centreville, Virginia-based contractor in August 2018 after service as SVP of the defense systems group at Quantum Research International, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Prior to joining industry, he held senior executive leadership roles at the U.S. Army‘s Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center and at the Pentagon’s Office of the Secretary of Defense.
He also worked at Naval Air Systems Command as deputy assistant commander for acquisition.
