Michael Huffman, formerly vice president of business development at cBEYONData, took on a new role as chief growth officer of the Lorton Virginia-based business intelligence and data analytics provider.
Huffman will be responsible for initiatives to capture business opportunities, expand market visibility and identify potential services to support federal customers, the company said Monday.
cBEYONData has credited him with helping the company’s transition from a small business into a midsize federal market player.
The certified Project Management Professional previously held director positions at TeraThink, PwC and Unisys, where he oversaw technical and financial performance functions for the company’s U.S. Coast Guard account.
