TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 29, 2021 — A team from Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) has completed the system requirements review of the Next Generation Interceptor under a Missile Defense Agency contract awarded in March, ExecutiveBiz reported Dec. 21.
The NGI team will now proceed to initial system design, additional risk reduction testing and critical component qualification efforts.
