Leah Rowe, a more than 10-year veteran of the Air Force Research Laboratory, has joined PAR Technology‘s (NYSE: PAR) government systems subsidiary as director of training and readiness.
She will spearhead the company’s transfer and transition efforts for new training technology developed under the AFRL-sponsored Networked Integrated Tactical Environment program, PAR Technology said Wednesday.
In her new capacity, she will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities with potential technology users across the defense, federal civilian and commercial sectors.
“Leah is an internationally recognized expert in her field, and the NITE technology complements our expertise in special operations, unmanned vehicles and advanced situational awareness,” said Matthew Cicchinelli, president of PAR Government Systems Corp.
At AFRL, Rowe led the laboratory’s research and development projects related to training and human performance.
