Shaye Brotherton, senior principal of management advisory services at LMI, will lead a panel discussion at an Oct. 7 virtual forum to be hosted by the Potomac Officers Club.
Brotherton joined the Tysons, Virginia-based nonprofit consulting firm in 2015 after a five-year career at Addx Corp. Earlier in her career, she worked at the U.S. Air Force in various leadership roles such as chief of the Milstar satellite communications plans and integration branch.
She will act as a moderator for the expert panel during the “Optimizing the Hybrid Workforce” forum, which will feature leaders from the government sector to discuss the potential implications of a blended workforce for agencies and the role of data analytics in workforce transformation initiatives.
Officials invited to participate in the discussion include Jane Datta, chief human capital officer of NASA; Jamie Holcombe, chief information officer of the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office; and Ronald Sanders, staff director of the Florida Center for Cybersecurity.
