As communities worldwide continue to deal with drought, flooding and other crises that could potentially result in interstate conflict, the extreme weather conditions also impair federal infrastructure and military readiness.

Joseph Bryan, senior climate adviser at the Office of the Secretary of Defense; and Rod Schoonover, ecological security program head at the Council on Strategic Risks, will respectively deliver opening and closing keynote speeches during the “Bolstering Climate Resilience for National Security” forum.
Pat Tamburrino Jr., vice president of logistics at LMI, will moderate a panel discussion about climate-related analytics.
