TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 7, 2021 — BlueHalo aims to expand its technology offerings for national security customers with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities through its acquisition of Intelligent Automation Inc., ExecutiveBiz reported Aug. 19.
Commenting on the deal between the Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company and the Rockville Maryland-based tech provider, Jonathan Moneymaker, CEO of BlueHalo, said the company will collaborate with IAI on the integration of the latter’s multidomain AI/ML capabilities with the former’s mission areas in an effort to establish an “engine of innovation.”
