Katie Folmar and Jonathan Lusczakoski have been promoted from senior associates to vice presidents at AE Industrial Partners, a private equity firm that invests in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors.
Folmar, who works as part of AEI’s investor relations team, joined the firm in 2020 and brings professional experience in private equity, fundraising, client portfolio monitoring and investment analysis, AEI said Thursday.
She previously worked at Comvest Partners and GenSpring Family Offices, a SunTrust Banks affiliate where she stayed for seven years.
Lusczakoski, an experienced aerospace industry professional, has been with AEI since 2018 with responsibilities focused on investment strategy, due diligence, financial modeling and other investment-related areas.
He formerly served as lead engineer of Williams International’s program development group, where he led the integration of military trainers, corporate aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles.
