TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 20, 2021 — ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) will help the Federal Transit Administration modernize its Oversight Tracking System as part of a $10 million call order awarded under the Department of Transportation’s Software Engineering Support blanket purchase agreement, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The company will use its Appian low-code artificial intelligence technology to transform the program oversight database into a platform capable of workflow management through FTA data integration.
“Our team will apply lessons learned and best practices from hundreds of Appian deployments… Use of these modern platforms enable federal workers to take on coding functions which would normally be handled by software developers,” said Mark Lee, executive vice president and public sector lead at ICF.
