TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 29, 2021 — CAES will collaborate with microelectronics company SkyWater (Nasdaq: SKYT) on expanding the latter’s on-shore semiconductor supply chain through the advancement of the design and manufacturing of radiation-hardened microelectronic components, ExecutiveBiz reported June 15.
CAE will contribute its expertise in 90 nm rad-hard design and technology qualification to help SkyWater deliver radiation-immune microelectronic process technologies to meet national security mission requirements.
