Donnie Scott, a two-decade public security and information technology industry veteran, has been named CEO of Identity and Security North America at IDEMIA.
He will directly report to Pierre Barrial, president and CEO of IDEMIA Group, as he manages all businesses related to the company’s I&S North America segment, the company said Tuesday.
Scott said he looks forward to working with Barrial and other members of IDEMIA’s executive team to deliver identity and security platforms to government and commercial clients in North America.
He previously served as senior vice president and general manager of IDEMIA’s North America public security division, where he led the expansion of the company’s TSA Pre Check enrollment program in support of the Department of Homeland Security.
Scott joined IDEMIA from DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), where he served as an industry sales leader for the U.S. public sector. He held sales leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), HP (NYSE: HP) and Electronic Data Systems. He currently serves as treasurer of the International Biometrics Industry Association.
