Kathryn Larson, formerly an Accenture (NYSE: ACN) senior manager, has been promoted to managing director within the management consulting business at the company's federal subsidiary.
She holds more than 15 years of experience in areas such as program and change, organization and business process design and strategic communications.
In her new capacity, she supports Accenture's work with the Department of the Interior. She previously supported the Office of Personnel Management and the departments of Commerce, Justice, Homeland Security and State.
Larson joined the company in 2004 as an analyst after her short stint at PeopleSoft.
She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and general management from Wake Forest University.
