FAA said in a notice posted Friday on the beta SAM website that Leidos will perform work on the Operational Analysis and Reporting System throughout a four-year base period.
According to the request for offers, FAA intends to consolidate its disparate software, applications and databases into a centralized information access portal.
FAA noted that OARS will serve as “a single access point to data and applications” that the agency uses for safety analysis activities.
The hybrid OARS contact includes fixed and cost-reimbursable line items as well as two two-year extension options.
