The MNDPI Pacific joint venture has won a potential five-year, $99M contract from the U.S. Navy to perform architectural and engineering services for waterfront and structural construction projects within Naval Facilities Engineering Command's Pacific area of responsibility.
Task orders will include surveying, cost estimation, site engineering inspection, project documentation, interior design and post-construction support, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
NAVFAC Pacific received two proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a competitive procurement and the service branch obligated $10K in fiscal 2018 milcon funds at the time of award.
The Pentagon expects work to be completed by July 2025.
