Bill Weber, a more than three-decade national security and technology industry leader, has joined the board of directors of Arlington, Va.-based government services contractor Buchanan & Edwards.
Brian Karlisch, co-founder and board chairman at Buchanan & Edwards, said in a statement published Monday Weber will bring to the board his leadership experience in the national security space as the company continues to expand its tech platforms in support of government clients’ missions.
Weber is a U.S. Army veteran who has decades of experience in geospatial intelligence, data analytics and cyber warfare and operations, among other tech areas. He most recently served as CEO, president and board member at KeyW, which was acquired by Jacobs (NYSE: J) in 2019.
He has held senior leadership roles at XLA, Kaseman, GTSI, AT&T (NYSE: T), McData, CNT, International Network Services and Inrange Technologies.
