Patricia Gietl
Patricia Gietl, a former executive of General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, has been appointed vice president of business development and capture management at ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), G2Xchange FedCiv reported Wednesday.
She will be responsible for growing ManTech's industry pipelines in the federal civilian and Department of Homeland Security markets. Gietl, a certified project management professional, brings more than two decades of government information technology market experience to her new position.
Gietl held business development roles during her six-year career at GDIT, where she focused on IT offerings for the DHS, state and local government, law enforcement and civilian sectors.
She previously served as director of Hewlett-Packard’s public sector applications solutions division, a managing director at BearingPoint and a practice director at Oracle (NYSE: ORCL).
