A.T. Kearney, a Chicago-based global management consulting firm, has adopted the name Kearney to reflect the company’s commitment to client service and using crowdsourced imagery.
"Our people are our brand, and our rebrand focuses squarely on that personal dimension," Abby Klanecky, partner and chief marketing officer at Kearney, said in a statement published Monday.
The company tapped Siegel+Gale, a brand strategy, design and experience firm, to help seek insights from colleagues, partners, clients and other stakeholders about the rebranding effort.
Kearney said it gathered from employees worldwide more than 10K original photographs between October and December as part of its commitment to crowdsourced imagery.
