Ted Colbert
Ted Colbert, formerly chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology and data analytics at Boeing (NYSE: BA), has been named president and CEO of the companys global services business.
He succeeds Stan Deal, who replaces Kevin McAllister as president and CEO of Boeings commercial airplanes business, the company said Tuesday.
Colbert, a 10-year Boeing veteran, is an executive vice president at the Chicago-based aerospace and defense contractor and a member of the Boeing Executive Council. He previously served as CIO with oversight of IT, analytics, data and information security operations. He also led the firms IT infrastructure and IT business systems organizations.
Deal is a more than three-decade company veteran, an EVP and a member of Boeings executive council. Prior to leading Boeing Global Services, he held senior leadership roles at the companys commercial airplanes business.
Vishwa Uddanwadiker, formerly VP of IT at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, has been appointed acting CIO and SVP of IT and data analytics. He was former IT director for manufacturing and quality systems at Boeing and held leadership positions within the IT application development and support business unit of Honeywells (NYSE: HON) Indian arm.
