Maurice Crossland
Maurice Crossland, a more than 15-year veteran of the State Department, has been named a senior director at General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology business, G2XChange ETC reported Thursday.
He previously served as senior adviser for the cyber and technology security directorate within the departments Bureau of Diplomatic Security. In this role, he provided input on overseas and domestic cyber defense matters, including personnel data recovery and threat mitigation.
Prior to his most recent capacity, Crossland served as director of the departments customer service office and led enterprise network management activities from 2010 to 2012. He also oversaw enterprise technology training efforts as well as cryptographic operations earlier in his career there.
