Jacobs Engineering Group (NYSE: JEC) will help the U.S. Navy design and initially operate an underwater launch test system for the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Crane, Ind., under a potential $93M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The IDIQ also covers modernization, redesign, fabrication and operation support for an in-air launch testing platform at the NAWC-Weapons Division facility in China Lake, Calif., the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work is scheduled to occur through September 2024.
