SAP National Security Services has received approval from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program’s joint authorization board to offer a payroll engine with a cloud-based human capital management platform.
FedRAMP JAB granted the provisional authorization to operate for the company to include its Employee Central Payroll technology in the Cloud-SuccessFactors HCM Suite for Government, SAP NS2 said Wednesday.
SuccessFactors, which the board cleared in late 2017, helps government users to manage human resource, talent acquisition, learning management and workforce analytics functions.
The company intends for its integrated offering to facilitate accurate and timely payment of salaries to public sector employees via a software-as-a-service delivery approach. A Carahsoft–Deloitte-Immix Technology team offers SAP technology to the government via the $2.5B NewPay payroll processing services contract awarded in September.
