Kelly Demaitre Named Dovel Technologies Chief HR Officer


Kelly Demaitre

Kelly Demaitre, a strategic human resources leader, has joined technology platforms provider Dovel Technologies as chief HR officer. She will oversee Dovel’s HR strategies and come up and implement culture and people strategies, the company said Tuesday.

“We are very excited to have Kelly on board to help us develop the programs that attract and retain the kind of employees that thrive in our environment, solving complex customer challenges,” said Dovel CEO Paul Leslie.

Demaitre brings to Dovel years of leadership experience designing employee initiatives at several companies including CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), Federated IT and EXELIS.

McLean, Va.-based Dovel provides information management, systems integration and other technology support to clients in health information technology, life sciences and grants management areas.
