Kelly Demaitre, a strategic human resources leader, has joined technology platforms provider Dovel Technologies as chief HR officer. She will oversee Dovels HR strategies and come up and implement culture and people strategies, the company said Tuesday.

Demaitre brings to Dovel years of leadership experience designing employee initiatives at several companies including CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), Federated IT and EXELIS.
McLean, Va.-based Dovel provides information management, systems integration and other technology support to clients in health information technology, life sciences and grants management areas.
