Julie Anna Barker, formerly director of human resources at Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) global services division, has been appointed vice president of HR within the mission cyber and intelligence solutions group at ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT).
ManTech said Monday Barker will oversee the group’s HR planning and strategic talent acquisition initiatives in her new position.
She held a 14-year career at Northrop and previously worked for Datatrac Information Services and Virginia Commerce Bank.
