Raines previously worked at ManTech International™s (Nasdaq: MANT) mission, cyber and intelligence solutions business as executive director for business development prior to joining MacB, which was acquired by Alion in August 2018. He is former president of RIIT Solutions and a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel.
