TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 20, 2019 ” American Systems will serve as a sponsor for students of the University of Texas at San Antonio who take part in cyber competitions around the country and provide them support for certain logistics aspects in their participation, ExecutiveBiz reported June 12.
The company said June 11 it entered into a partnership with UTSA’s College of Business to be an inaugural “platinum” sponsor under the UTSA Cyber Team Sponsorship Program, which builds on the university’s earned designations as a Department of Homeland Security/National Security Agency “Center of Academic Excellence” in information assurance/cyber defense education, information assurance research and cyber operations.
