TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 3, 2019 Serco Inc. will provide support for information assurance and various U.S. Navy systems worldwide under a potential $53M information technology and engineering sustainment task order, ExecutiveBiz reported March 21.
The company said March 20 the task order, which was awarded via the SeaPort-e vehicle, covers technical and programmatic services such as anti-terrorism force protection and Enterprise Land Mobile Radio systems support, network engineering and rollout, dispatch and alarms.
Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco Group’s North American subsidiary and a past Wash100 awardee, noted the deal serves to expand the company’s shore modernization services and build on its efforts to protect military bases and counter cyber threats.
