EverWatch has announced the appointment of Fred Funk, a three-decade defense and intelligence veteran, as chief growth officer, and Diane Nguyen, a more than 25-year financial executive, as chief financial officer.
Funk co-founded KEYW and previously served as former president of ASRC Federals cyber and signals intelligence systems division, the company said Tuesday.
Nguyen served as CFO and vice president of finance at General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology business and started her public accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand.
