TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 5, 2019 Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has pointed to progress in cost, operational and revenue synergy goals as it continues to integrate the Orbital ATK business it acquired in 2018, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
SpaceNews reported Thursday that Northrop CEO Kathy Warden told analysts in an earnings call the business, which has since operated as Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, had $3.28B in sales and a $343M operating income in 2018.
Warden, a 2019 Wash100 awardee, said in the call that synergies in cost and operations are “on target” while revenue synergies are “trending favorably.”
