He will be responsible for executing programs, supporting business development efforts and managing key customer relations within the group, SAIC said Monday.
Wiltsie will also lead the company’s Army services and mission support activities that encompass command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; sensors and intelligence integration; and information technology services.
His civilian career has included time as executive director of the military service’s system of systems engineering and integration directorate, program executive officer for enterprise information systems and assistant deputy for acquisition and systems management.
He will report to Jim Scanlon, executive VP and general manager of the SAIC defense systems customer group, and collaborate with Gabe Camarillo, group VP of strategy and planning, in efforts to establish long-term goals for that unit.
