Space News reported Dec. 12 that Cowen-Hirsch relayed an industry concern over the lack of long-term budget for commercial services, the available funds’ capacity to ensure the impact of commercial satcom and the unclear purpose of the U.S. Air Force‘s appropriations program line for commercial satcom research, development, testing and evaluation.
