Donna Diederich Appointed LMI Chief HR Officer

Donna Diederich, former chief human resources officer of Abt Associates, has been appointed to the same position at nonprofit government consulting services contractor LMI.

She will oversee talent acquisition, diversity, inclusion, learning and talent management programs in her new position, LMI said Wednesday.

The more than 20-year HR professional previously worked at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).

She led a more than 6K-employee department at Northrop as HR director of its defense systems division for nine years.
