Sean Gillen, vice president and treasurer of construction materials company USG, will formally join AAR (NYSE: AIR) on Monday as VP and chief financial officer at the Wood Dale, Ill.-based aviation aftermarket services provider.
He will succeed Michael Milligan, who has served as AAR CFO since 2017, and will oversee investor relations, tax, treasury, accounting and financial functions, the company said Wednesday.
Gillen has led USG’s hedging strategies, pension fund and merger-and-acquisition transactions. Before that, he spent nine years at Goldman Sachs‘ investment banking business.
