TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 30, 2018 Fortinet (Nasdaq: FTNT) has received certification for the inclusion of additional Fortinet Security Fabric offerings in the Defense Department‘s list of products cleared for deployment in DoD networks, ExecutiveBiz reported Nov. 9.
The company said Nov. 8 at least 50 more Security Fabric products have been added to the DoD Information Network Approved Products List following assessment against the Security Technical Implementation Guide, giving defense agencies access to a wider selection of Fortinet technologies.
“Achieving DoDIN APL certification for additional solutions within the Fortinet Security Fabric platform is important for us because it demonstrates our commitment to stringent testing and validation guidelines specifically for the Department of Defense,” noted Bob Fortna, president of Fortinet’s federal business.
