Kamal Dua Joins Leidos as SVP, Chief Audit Executive; Roger Krone Quoted

Kamal Dua, a finance and risk management professional with over three decades of audit and corporate governance experience, has joined Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) as senior vice president and chief audit executive.

He will oversee the company™s internal audit operation and report to Jerry Howe, Leidos™ general counsel, and to the board of directors™ audit and finance committee, the company said Tuesday.

“Kamal’s significant audit experience will add exceptional value to our enterprise operations as we prepare to implement a new structure optimized for long-term growth,” said Roger Krone, Leidos chairman and CEO.

Prior to Leidos, Dua previously worked at Harris (NYSE: HRS) as VP of internal audit and compliance.

He is a certified public accountant who has held audit leadership roles at Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA), Mitchell & Titus LLP and Cable & Wireless Communications.
