Kamal Dua
Kamal Dua, a finance and risk management professional with over three decades of audit and corporate governance experience, has joined Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) as senior vice president and chief audit executive.
He will oversee the companys internal audit operation and report to Jerry Howe, Leidos general counsel, and to the board of directors audit and finance committee, the company said Tuesday.

“Kamal’s significant audit experience will add exceptional value to our enterprise operations as we prepare to implement a new structure optimized for long-term growth,” said Roger Krone, Leidos chairman and CEO.
Prior to Leidos, Dua previously worked at Harris (NYSE: HRS) as VP of internal audit and compliance.
He is a certified public accountant who has held audit leadership roles at Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA), Mitchell & Titus LLP and Cable & Wireless Communications.
