The company said Friday the at-sea Flight Test Standard Missile“45 activity served to showcase the Aegis Baseline 9.C2 or BMD 5.1 as it works to detect, track, engage and intercept the representative threat using its new engagement assessment function, bi-directional missile communications and algorithms for sensor improvement.
