TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 12, 2018 ” Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) ventures arm has placed an investment with Accion Systems in support of the latter’s effort to expand the production of new propulsion systems for space vehicles, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The partnership between Boeing HorizonX Ventures and Accion is aimed to advance satellite capabilities for future missions in deep space as well as low and medium Earth orbit and give the startup access to Boeing’s resources to further the development of the Tiled Ionic Liquid Electrospray system, the aerospace and defense firm said Wednesday.
